Our History

1981-2021
30 YEARS OF CHAMPIONSHIP BASKETBALL

Future NBA star Marcus Smart and All-American Phil Forte led Marcus High School to back to back state champions in 2011 & 2012, and a #1 ranking in MaxPreps National Rankings.

In 2020-21, Marcus reached the postseason playoffs for the 21st time in its 30 year history, including 15 of the last 18 years. Last year’s district championship was the program’s 9th.

2021-2022
A NEW SEASON AND A NEW START

After a tough 2020-21 season for us all, Marcus Basketball is back in full swing.
We’re excited about this season as we look ahead to defend our history of championship basketball.
Each year, we stack the club with talented fresh players that believe in the culture, and this year is no exception.
